Rain Brings the stink!!

Hey, i dunno if it just my car but..
whenever it has rained my car is smelling real wet and stale! like i wetdog has been jumping around and farting at the same time!
does any one elses car do this, wandering if it is the sunroof or something!!

wouldn't have a clue if its the same problem but my 2006 Jetta had a bad smell most of the time.
VW changed the air con filter or something and all sweet.

Check the drainage from the sunroof, i have heard of tiguan drainage areas that had rotten leaves and stuff in the path.
I believe there is alsoa tube the can sometimes leak onto the front floor area under the carpet.

Also check the aircon as it could be causing the smell due to condensation build up and bacteria growth.

im thinking it is a wet carpet smell=(, maybe even a gromet leaking??

there is a grommet in the fire wall, behind the glove box. Not sure how the rain would get in there, but chances are, its getting in somewhere

hmmm theres no grommet there, just the whole!! gahhhh last owner must have taken it offf for something!!
