HI guys,
I have seen quite a few threads on wireing harness' , adapters etc toconnect an alpine headunit to a vw. Besides being a bit confusing, most seem to generalise.
I called up a audio shop and asked for the price of a wiring harness, and they quoeted $199...bit pricey.
So my question is, where did you get your harness from, did you get an adapter to adapter, so you could just plug it in on both sides, or did you still have to get 1 adapter, and cut wires on the other side...hope that makes sense.
Appreciate you assistance, as I am not keen onspendingover $200 to get hs fitted.
Thanks
