Hey Welcome to the forums I too have a Polo GTI a white one now has over 13k on the clock so happy with it good buy for the price.
R line wheels where around 2k and i believe that they are or might be a knock of the OZ rims called Aristos that were found on the R32 MK4, not sure tho not cheap at all. If you wish in the future to do any suspension work to the car i would wait till your suspension is fitted before getting rims, space is tight under the polos gaurds.

    RS4 alloys didnt fit 18X7.5

I pretty much like everything about my car... maybe lack of decent cup holders?? But having said that getting the chip flashed by APR has made the car way more fun to drive, it has however developed a small flat spot at 5grand but I don't fang it too much on the normal roads so not much of a problem.
As Andrew said, yeah I don't like the wheels they are a bit lame but will do till the cash becomes available to get better looking ones.

I did do alot of road testing of other cars Citroen VTR, Purgeot GTI and Audi A3 but this car was my favourite by far

Cool thanks everyone for your advice. I think i will take PoloGTi advice and wait on the rims till the suspension is done. Do either of you to have leather. is it worth getting.

No leather seats but leather steering wheel and covers on gear shift and handbrake Wouldn't get leather up there you'll fry your arse in summer and the quality is not that good. Seen a few with leather and they have stitching problems a few months after delivery, but up to you really!

Great looking wheel, bit of a bugger to clean though. Still, nice

Thats expensive Shaneth. Great looking wheel though. Be careful of buying pretend lookalikes as well. Sometimes the extra expense is worth it. I had some goodlooking wheels on one of my Golfs and when it came to replacing the tyres the wheels went square! Or out of round anyway. Oz and BBS are reputable wheel manufactures. Go with the heart!! A Polo GTI would look great with a set of them fitted

Yes i agree. Very nice looking rim. Will have to wait for it though i would imagine. APR is more important and so is suspension. Least i know they are around aswell.
