If you're going in October, I'll either be there spectating the Polo in action, or watching you in my rear mirror - lol!

Me just hoping for a fine day to attack the sub 1:10's. & if not me, me stig my SON has the knackers to it.

A carbon ceramic plate should hold up fine and insulate better than any metal (though stainless steel is better than most). I'm not sure where to source some from - maybe ask some of the brake suppliers?
You may have to trim the pads down when new to make room for them, though

Good stuff - I hadn't considered titanium's poor thermal conductivity

With those + your uprated rotors, pad fade should hopefully be a thing of the past.

Hey guys I've got my 302mm 6 spot D2 brake kit for sale. It is an awesome brake package. The only reason I'm selling is because the misses is driving the car everyday and I've got a new project. Initially cost $2150 but will be happy to let them go for $700. Less than 5000km so still plenty of pad life. Discs are straight and true. Perfect upgrade for someone wanting to do track days. The pedal feel is much firmer and allows you to heel and tow much better under hard braking. Come with braided lines, all mounting hardware etc.

Also, are they ADR compliant?
