    Looks really nice!

    Just like you, I love the factory 16" wheels, there is no way I am going to change them.

    What I wanted to ideally is what exactly you have done..

    1) lower it slightly
    2) spacers to give it wide stance

    Quick question guys. If the offset of the original polo alloys is 43 is an offset of 45 going to widen the wheel track or lessen?

    If the rim width remains the same, the wheel track will reduce by 4mm overall.

    sorry for bringing up an old thread, but today I was preping my polo gti wheels for sale and noticed the offset on the rim was 38. I thought it was 43?

    What year is your build? I know in the UK some are 38 offset as well. mine are ET43, the car is an early 06 build
