Pm sent mate, and must stress the front bolts on the control arm to be torqued when the susp is pressed. And of course renew the appropriate torque to yield bolts

Having purchased a pair of the SEAT lower control arm bushes in one of the earlier group buys, I would now like to get then fitted to my MY08 Polo GTI which has done 23,000 KMs. Despite the low KMs the OEM VW bushes look shot.
(1) Can any Forum members recommend a place in the Sydney area to have the bushes fitted? In particular I am looking for somebody who on re-installation, pays attention to the required torque/tension wrench settings on the lower control arm that were outlined by Jmac in an earlier Forum thread.
(2) What is a fair and reasonable labour cost for the SEAT bush installation?
(3) As a last question: Is it worth getting the Dog Bone Mount bush upgrade at this time? I understand this costs around $100 for the bush and $45 to fit.
