Polo GTi 9N3 HID Kit COMBUS or Not?

I'm looking at gettting a 5000K HID kit for my Polo GTi 9N3 and just wondering if I need to get a COMBUS compliant kit or not?

I don't think the 9N3 Polo is CANBUS.
