Let me know you want to come and grab the seat intake, unfortuntely I dont have the stock airbox, but im going to a wreckers tommorow and I will ask for you.

WRX gearbox - too much power and just changed it into third (not hard) then no drive - its ok, i plan for more power and possibly more gearboxes hahah
If you could grab the airbox, the pipe into the MAF and any mount brackets that would be brilliant. Grab as much stuff to do with the air box and send me a PM with details, you'd be a life saver. I've love to get the seat intake from you.

    hotcar1600,

any chance you could let me know which wreckers it's going to? I'd love to get the front driver seat if the airbags havent been deployed.... Tired of sliding around in my standard seats!

    Sorry about your loss

What is it with Polos getting rear-ended sitting at the lights? Our cars aren't THAT small and not exactly unnoticeable. It's a 1-tonne hunk of painted metal for goodness' sake.

I got hit the same way about 2 months ago by a P-plater, dude was apologetic and all and just said he probably should've paid more attention (no kidding!). Damage was minor though, panel beater didn't even replace the bumper cover, just plastic-welded it (didn't know you could do that - it looks brand new!)

Your not safe even sitting still! 'Bout 8-9 years ago I've had a bus drive into me while I was stationary, 70km/h impact speed and almost directly head on, fortunately the car was an old solid type, but I came off battered and bruised! Later emerged that the bus driver was taking a snooze at the wheel! Since then no more crashes for me (knock on wood!) closest thing I've had to it was responding in the Fire Truck and watching a lady pull across traffic in front of us (lights and sirens on) and then mouth off and bird us because we had cut her off!

Sorry for your loss Hot Car! never a good way to have to chose a new car! (though its better than being bingled and repaired and sent off with a car that never feels the same!)
