95 would not hurt the engine at all, i've don eit once, cant say i felt verry much of a diffrence.
but, it was only once, normally allways put in 98 in it.
it's higher octane so it's slightly better for the engine, it's more expensive but more economical as well...

true, but it's compareable to my country since we are neighbors of GB.
Australia is to the other side of the world for us
but it gives you an idea, so BP or shell would not be bad in any country i guess.
in reply to how far you can go when the distance to empty shows zero....
i drove from Karoonda (just outside of town) to Murray Bridge with the distance to empty showing 0kms - somewhat further than 7kms......
kept it on 90kph and giggled every time the little idiot light beeped at me. was a funny drive.
that was on premium unleaded something. but normally i use BP ultimate.
