    Noone's Polo - going going...

    I've had the Polo for around 6 years and loved learning about cars and VW's, the mighty 1.8T and the culture. A huge part of this has been the people on this forum, its been a great group.

    I'll be listing my Polo for $9,500 which will be as is and if I don't get much love, may consider parting out some of the more worthy elements.

    I would love this car to go to someone on the forum so I can see it being enjoyed.

    This is a work in progress, I have done a lot of little mods and early maintenance.

    High Level Fluff;
    ~60 k kms
    Red
    Polo GTI 2006
    Standard (no leather, etc).
    Interior in good condition, some signs of wear no doubt

    Suspension;
    - KW V1's
    - Front and rear Whiteline Swaybars
    - Rear shim plates
    - Seat Rubber Control arm bushes

    Wheels and brakes;
    - Enkei RPF1's (17x8 ) with a little Kerbing
    - 312mm TT front brakes
    - Seat Cupra rear brakes

    Engine;
    - Custom Code Stage 2
    - Seat FMIC
    - Custom Downpipe
    - Forge 008 diverter valve (upgraded from the 007)
    - PD160 intake with custom airbox (much like some off the shelf offerings)
    - Forge throttle body and turbo inlet silicone sections
    - Removed and bypassed SAI / N249 / VAC junk
    This engine is a gem, my new 2007 Audi S3 feels slow and comes on boost like an old man next to the Polo.

    Visual Mods;
    - blacked badges
    - Honeycomb foglight sections
    - Debadged (kept them if you wanted them)
    - Colour coded some interior bits

    Wheels
    - Enkei RPF1's
    - 215 rubber, semi-slicks on the front

    Other Bits;
    - Uprated Rear engine mount
    - Forge Short Shifter
    - Aftermarket gear linkages
    - Metal footrest plate
    - Soundproofing work done
    - Aftermarket headunit and Sub (with amp) will stay with the Polo
    - I have boxes OEM and bits that you will inherit with the Polo, no good to me.

    My thoughts;
    - The car is freaking amazing coming onto boost. CC rocks with these mods and the torque is a lot of fun.
    - This car is great as is, if you're contemplating going BT, this car is ready.
    - The car has low Kms, but has been serviced by myself, which I can understand is a negative to many, oil has been changed between 7-10 k kms. I did many
    - I spent some serious coin on this car, loved it.
    - The exterior is due for a cut / polish, never had one. It looks great when clean (will get some picks up this week). This car would suit someone who wants to make it look new again, save me the effort of preparing it for sale, get it a bit cheaper.

    If you're in Sydney and want to see it for kicks or to consider your future mods, you're more than welcome.
