Odd - it looks like there is an outer shell around a core in the upper left of the picture. What's it like there in the flesh/plastic?
No foam, thats munted polyurethane thats been pulverized (from what I can see / feel).
I'm running a 0.030" gap with the new plugs. Other than fixing the misfire on the bad one, feels the same.

I think it was mate, but I'd have to go back to Euro Autotech to find out which one they supplied (think I was offered APR mount to go with the tune)
Its soft now, there are some little bubbles in the old one, could be nothing, could be a manufacturing flaw.
I dissected it to show the good and bad ends;
I think once it started to give way, every time I changed gears, gave it a squirt, etc, it just got worse and worse. Hopefully the new one should help the turbo bolts stay in? Time will tell.
Car feels tight, I'm sure the other mounts have been worn prematurely with the excessive play, but all seems pretty solid now. Hopefully I wont have a need to replace the others just yet.

Looks like they foam the polyureathane, pour/inject it into a 2 part mould and the compression against the mould sections when they come together creates the solid outer surface.
I'd say there was a local section where the bubbles aggregated (the brighter blue parts) creating a softer than usual section which allowed for excessive movement => failure. Very odd.

I sent an email to Super Pro Australia, asking them if they wanted to comment, have a look at whats left of the bush, etc.
No reply (since Wednesday), so not really expecting anything now.
70 Shore bush was transferring a lot of vibration at first, has settled a bit (fine now). Didn't have this symptom the 1st time, but I wasn't on coilovers, with swaybars and braces, etc back then.
I finished (or am happy with) the fine tuning of the CC Phase 2 code I've had for a few weeks. I've been slow to find the time and with some minor issues with components, making sure the car was running well before pushing it was important.
So I'm now in a position to comment on how the car is with CC, something I've been thinking about for a long time.
The car feels more responsive. Part throttle, full throttle, giving it a squirt at 80K or taking off from the lights, it all feels easier. Its hard to explain the relationship between the throttle and the responding power, with the new tune there seems to be a more natural relationship and where my car used to hesitate or seem lacking in some circumstances, the CC tune feels more consistent and predictable. I'm not bagging APR, it was fine, but I'm not after fine.
As timing has been added (the calibration stage) and results logged, the car moves better off boost, pulls harder coming on boost and all the logged results stay in healthy ranges. Logs in 3rd gear done uphill always had me wanting to pull back from WOT, it builds power well.
Peak KW may be a little up, but I wasn't expecting more than the 140ish KW my car delivered on the Dyno previously. There is a limit to how much boost the K03 car deliver and I'm not looking for more peak power. Logs show its probably up and the butt-dyno agrees. Torque feels stronger which ties in with the car feeling more responsive. It does not take much to slingshot from 40K's to whatever speed limit in 2nd. Not much more I can do on public roads. I can sit in top gear at 70 or lower and not think about dropping back a gear, no need unless I want some urgency. Uphill, no drama.
I've had no issues with Gav's loan ECU or my returned ECU with phase 2, no occurrence of SAI codes (or other codes), loss in performance over time (something that a few APR users reported) or anything else out of the ordinary. APR was not bad, but this tune offers the extra power I was hoping for. Would I like more? Sure, time will tell.
Gav's insight into some results 1/2 way through the calibration phase were spot on, boost was building too slowly (differences between Requested Boost and Actual) and some odd timing pull. I was thinking N75 or boost leak, Gav's suggestion of the spark plugs fixed that.
Happy I finally took the plunge, Gav has been very helpful with his remote support, responding to logs, questions, ideas, etc. I started talking with him over a year ago.
Happy to recommend CC and Gav as are many others, no issues with the product and it extending to bolts and gaskets to get me going properly again.
The only part of the tune I can't comment on is how it will feel on a hot day. My car felt slower with the APR tune on 30deg and above days, will be interesting to see how this compares with APR.
My car has a lovely little burble, not WRX worthly, but its there.
