What were the figures you got to on your Polo? I seem to remember on Drive GTI that it was referred to as the 190kw APR Polo.

The S3 KO4 flows slightly more than the normal replacement ko4-001 .
I will never understand why you would want to go bigger than a KO4 in a front wheel drive car as a daily driver . The sheer cost of doing it would deter most people , but when you take into account the loss of driveability , the extra wear on other parts , drivetrain problems etc , you really are putting yourself into a money pit that in reality , you could have just bought an S3 , chipped it , and would be making almost as much power as the fwd Polo with a gt28 and be more reliable , more fun to drive and better on fuel . Without the right chassis strengthening 200fwkw+ is a handful to drive and when it comes on boost in the wet it just changes lanes . There is 1 Golf mk4 running round with a gt30 somewhere , havent seen it for a while , but having known the guy that use to own it , it was as reliable as a 20 year old camira !

I am just making 160kw atw in the Caddy with a K04 but with an Autronic ecu which gives a lot of tunability unlike stock ecu's.I also have kept excellent drivability and economy(highway) but have reached the limit of reliability of the internals.I think this is just about the limit of front drive power if planning on driving the car every day and even in the wet 20psi is too much grunt to be practical.
