Havn't driven one yet but they do look OK - closer in size to the Mk1 golf than the Mk5. The 1.8T has lots of potential too! At $26,000 it is good buying, considering the MK4 GTi with the same engine was around the $40,00 mark a few years ago.
they are cheep $26,000 which aint bad value for a mini golf with a 1.8T!!! looks pretty feral too wat yall think of it?
VW: it aint just a car, its a way of life
There are few things more satisfying in life than finding a solution to a problem and implementing it

Gotta be the next real thing(Russell Morris).
I just love them.
5s are too big.
They are also sold with the correct number of doors NOT five. Having experienced the mkV GTI I'd say the 1.8T is the sportier of the two, Less torque but more top end. Bring on a GT28RS
Next trip to the Big Smoke I'm gonna drive the diesel! Watch this space
Better be the 2.0 though chief!
Whats a GT28RS Robin ?
Fair nuff
Not many sleeps now! From what I've read on European websites the diesel is sensational. Pity about the price of diesel going up (see chat). That will be a real dampener to sales. The body is almost the same size as the MK1 Golf.
