You can get adapters off eBay, get a Bluetooth one of you can, I didn't and regret it.

Hi guys, got my 08 Polo GTI last week (pretty big upgrade coming from a 94 celica) and thought I'd come here do hopefully get some things clarified about my car from some of you more experienced folk.
1. The other day the diy car wash I chucked my keys and wallet in the car so I wouldn't have to hold them, and a few minutes later when I went to get them, the car was locked! Luckily my brother had the spare and could come help me out. Any one else had this happen and know how to get it fixed?
2. I could've sworn this only started today but having to press twice to unlock the passenger door, is this normal, and can you change this behavior?
3. I've been lurking through some of the old threads here looking for an upgrade to this head unit or a possible way to add aux but all of the old links seem dead. Anyone know of a cheap way to get AUX or a double din that fits in well with the design of the rest of the car (so far looking at the Eonon D05101)
Any help as well as some basic tips that you guys would've loved to have found out earlier would be appreciated =)
Thanks in-advance,
Mario

I think i'll wait for a whole head unit upgrade before I get Bluetooth as i'm kinda tight on cash being a student, do you know if something like this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AUX-IN-Raido-3-5mm-Cable-Adapter-VW-RCD-210-310-510-Golf-Touran-Passat-AC224-/261992049720?hash=item3cfff16c38:g:mpwAAOSwDNdVwI-E will work with the RCD200 ?
Sorry i'm a bit of a newb, will I have to take the car to a dealer for the VCDS coding or is it possible to do at home? As for the scanning will it show on an OBD reader as that's all i've got.
If you have a suitable VCDS cable and software, you should be able to do the recode yourself but you aren't likely to have access to one as a new owner unless you know VW people in your area.
If you locked the car and then unlocked it before putting your keys and wallet inside and closing the door, then you could have a faulty door open sensor - the car will relock itself after a minute or so if it doesn't sense a door having been opened.
I would avoid the Eonon. flat6 had one and then heard my Kenwood head unit with my stock speakers (+ sub) and promptly swapped out his Eonon for a Kenwood as well

I purchased a cable from ebay and should be here in a few days, hopefully that will work.
Do you know how much a dealer would charge to fix that sensor or if I can change the auto locking through VCDS?
Does your head unit sit nicely or stick out, also mind if I grab a pic or model number for it?
Be prepared for some running around with an ebay cable. They don't work as well as the real thing.
I had mine changed by the dealer during the first service for free
Mine is a single DIN unit (I fitted a pocket underneath it)
Here is flat6's thread on the Eonon with the changeover - Eonon D5101: Double Din Sat Nav

Hey Mario2 - on the day I bought my 9N GTi, I shut the boot with the keys in the ignition and it locked itself, to this day I have no idea what the locking system brain was thinking, and even working at a VW dealership the boys had no idea what could have sparked that problem - real pain
