Thread: N75F valve

  1. #11

That old ozaudi post pretty much sums it up (whoever did that testing back in 2004!)

Its good to have actual data to back it up instead of dozens of people who says it "feels better" - It probably feels better because their wallet is lighter!

That data shows it won't hold boost as long as the H valve.

Guy, just bc they claim it "feels better", that doesn't mean they aren't savy. I was fortunate enough to come across pics of their cars, and based on their body styling modifications, I have no reason to doubt or question their assessment of N75 valves, they clearly know what they're doing ; ) see link:

..on a more serious note, those vortex oz threads show better results with the J valve, so it's all a bit inconclusive really. only way to find out is put one in a Polo and see what happens, ie how it drives, Vagcom and data log it. then we'll know.

I'm bringing up a very old thread here, but I was talking about this with a mate tonight.
Has anyone tried this yet, and if not, is the part able to be sourced through VW?
If the price is right, I may just give it a go.
