Yes... xforce. How much did you buy it for? No idea for model number?
    06 Polo GTI - REVO Stage 2 = 140kw @ wheels.
06 Golf GTI - Bluefin Stage 1 blacked out with ED30 theme, leather, xenon, etc.

PD160 and dump pipe would be your first point of call after the tune and bits you have listed in your sig.
Might want to think about cooler sparkplugs, summer (ie intercooler). You can have a think about adding timing through Lemmiwinks or something similar, contemplate the N249 bypass, SAI removal, etc. All depends on how much you want to tinker and how deep your pockets are...

We'd all be happy to see a BT Polo here, so feel free to jump in the deep end!

Pretty much as you said mate it's about the restrictions now starting with air intake as well as the tiny and very crappy flowing intake manifold. Then on the exhaust side the restrictive exhaust manifold and dump pipe. The cat back is actually fine for flow. Then the list goes on and on and on!

Anyway hope you enjoy the tune and I put $10 on you investigating a stage II tune upgrade and all the bits required for it by the end of the month

now im going to look it up, and propably talk myself into it,
    cheap shot haha

do many people try getting a custom down pipe made??
My mechanic took it for a drive yesterday and said he could hear the the exhaust was struggling with 18 pound!
he was saying a 3" would be nice?

Ha ha yeah couldn't resist sorry bud! From what I can remember of old dyno tests 3" dump pipes are total over kill for the polo and mess with back pressure. 2.5" has given very good and consistent results. Can anyone back me up with this, i can't remember how long ago I saw the results for the 3" dp?

    Cheers!
