    18s on a Polo

    Will they fit on a Polo GTi?
    will 40 profile be to big?

    Ive been checking out them 997 turbo rims, they only $1100 but you can only get them in 18" prob need to put spacers in..

    Whats your stock size tyre?
    Profile is made up by the section width of the tyre, so we'd need to know that. im guessing your referring to a 225/40 or something? if so, yes to big!

    the porsche wheels will need adapters, not just spacers, they should be 5x130 stud pattern.

    Dyl's correct. You need adaptors for Porsche wheels (real ones)

    40 profile would not look that great (unless you stretch it a little). Get a 35. 18's already look big on a Polo, you dont want them to look even bigger

    18's work on a Polo. I have 18x8 +35 offset, which I feel is the perfect offset for the Polo. You will need to run at least 225/25 R18 rubber, but I would like to give 215/35 rubber on it next time.
