WOW, my only concern would be the front pillar, the b pillar and the curtain air bags. Have you designed the cage to clear them or are you going to disable them.

I'd be so interested on how the handling feels after installing something like that into a Polo.

If you are serious about going a full cage, make sure at the front you tie the towers to the dash hoop / cowl...

Air bags are dead weight... they stay out… stock seats also.
Iīm impressed with the rear seat weight, it is very heavy… the car lifted 2 or 3 cm without the stock interior.

Do you mean get through the fire wall? I thought about doing that… but it is very difficult… I will do a reinforced front strut bar…

There are a few issues with that cage. The side intrusion bars come up to high. They should be kept below the half way height of the cage.

You should also triangulate the rear arms from the struts down to the bottom of the main hoop. A cross brace on the main hoop is also a good idea. Also I am really not sure what you are trying to do with the front legs.

Also you shouldn't really need the harness bar with the cage if you have the cross brace you can simply run a couple of bars across from the diagonal to the sides of the main hoops for the harness mount.

Also just noticed you are bending the main hoop backwards which is a no go.
