$300 for lowering springs if you just want to do it for looks (and don't mind shagging your OE dampers)
$500 for cheap coilovers (which aren't much better, if at all, except that they let you go lower)
$1000+ for a good cup kit (lowering springs + dampers) which will also improve the handling of the car
$1500+ for good coilovers that also will improve the handling of the car and go lower
Basically, you get what you pay for.
