Had solid suspension lower arm bushes fit today seat solid rear, poweflex fronts and omg what a difference it has made steering braking and acceleration is all more controlled and responsive!! recommend it to anyone! it has really transformmed the car !![]()

i have no imagination of where these would go (think I need to do a mechanical course at tafe).
So probably a few hundred for the bushes and a few hundred for install?
you use seat ones for the rear of the arm 6LL407183 £14 for 2! and powerflex ones for the fornt of the arm PFF85-601 £30 for 2 and a guide

but i would recommend a garage fit these i paid £99 for fitting and £80 for lazer 4 wheel align afterwards but for those up for the challenge its a good guide!![]()

I can get these bushes from blighty for 7.5 pound sterling each which works out about $16 ish and im thinking of getting a few of them . You have postage on top of that of course.They are not on the shelf and need to be ordered, . I have a good contact at Seat UK.
