Thanks mate. These sensors come with their own flange which you can just weld to whichever size pipe you’d like dependant on the setup. I’ve just got to cut off the stock plug and wire it onto the wiring loom.
these guys make beautiful thin walled MAF bodies and honeycomb MAFscreens if your interested:

nice and simple. yeah I didn't think I could see a traditional MAF body in there.
Bit of finalising bits and pieces today before it goes to the exhaust shop on Monday for the dump pipe and external wastegate piping. MAF wiring done, checked over all the IC Pipe work, bolted bumper back on and finished off coolant hosing.
Got my partner out to give me a hand to make sure we can push it up the driveway so that it’s ready first thing Monday morning when the tow truck driver arrives. Also the new number plates arrived so they are now on, they should provide some good laughs on track.
Exciting week ahead

So you've notched the rear bumper to get the rear muffler higher
What's the aim, managed to get a big muffler in there to stop drone?

What a week! Car went to the exhaust shop first thing Monday morning, came home late Friday afternoon. In the end we had clearance issues with the wastegate being too close to brake lines for our liking for we had relocate it to onto the exhaust housing of the turbo. It meant the turbo had to come back off but it’s worked in our favour for room and ease of fitment. Once the car was back home, a few things needed adjusting to suit the relocation, along with making up a heat shield to seperate the brake reservoir from direct heat.
Yesterday was just a quick crank to get some oil pressure then turn it over to make sure it would start today when we loaded the base tune file which was done today. After cranking it over today, it was ready for its first time to move under its own power since the rebuild.
