Thanks Sam. Yeah definitely planning on some sort of bracing, just to take the load of the turbo.

Next few bits underway. Battery relocation nearly completed, just need to tidy up the wiring and finish the boxing fitment.

Also had my box of IC piping arrive today so this weekend I'll be piecing as much of that together as I can.

Good stuff. Did you drill a gland through the firewall or find another way out.

Used the same hole in the firewall that most use to route boost gauge hosing through. I just ground it out a little bit larger to allow room for the extra wiring.

Did you put a big fuse in at the battery?

Yup I've got a large inline fuse to be installed

Finished the battery relocation today and got a good start on the IC pipe work.

The IC is in a good spot with the hot side blowing in nice and low in all that clean airflow through the lower grille. Looks like you've cut away a fair bit of the fibreglass front apron above the radiator where the CAI feed usually is. Is that so you can get a proper size air feed through?
