Thanks Plautos! I would love to get 18" rims like yourself as they look great, but the roads over here in Brisbane are pretty shocking and I feel every bump and pot hole as is.

Some new stuff arrived this week!
Firstly a Deka very, very small and light weight battery and a MMP battery box to suit. They will totally replace the EOM box and battery freeing up heaps of space under the bonnet and saving 12kg!!
Here is the link for anyone who might be interested MMP >> Light Weight Batteries, Battery Boxes and Accessories
So many goodies, must have heaps of fun buying them lol
Cant wait to see the Battery in, I was wondering about the distribution block thing on top of the battery that the Polo uses ?
Yeah, I took the Devil around to Jimmy's a week ago to ask him about that. He said it would be fairly easy to relocate it. I think also now seeing how small the new battery and box is there will be heaps of room on the right hand side engine bay wall. I will post some pictures of the end result as soon as he can fit me in!
Yeah my next battery will be small one too, like Optima 7kg model. I was thinking the exact same thing to relocate. I am thinking of the boot, or even the spare well. This would benefit from 1) weight distribution 2) weight loss. Weight loss without thinking of distribution is waste of time, it might go faster straight, but that's about it.

By the way your new shopping basket looks good!

Yeah i was looking at completely relocating to the boot as well but I do a bit on semi country driving to the farm so I can't afford to loose the spare or any space in the boot. But I agree with you about the front to rear weight distribution.
Thanks mate, it's been a fun journey so far! As you would know yourself with the awesome figures you've pulled lately!!
