Quest, Rhys, ..good work, we got there
Borg Warner's site doesn't list any of our turbos. Fed up, I rang an Australian Borg Warner distributor and asked if they could confirm the serial number - they matched Quest's number to the Cupra.
"Power wise, the K03s seems to have been maxxed out by Mike Savko at 250whp and 320wtq. This is running 27psi, loads of timing and nitro booster in his water-methanol."
so we can hit 187 kw atw, geez, we're all still got a long way to go
HAha !! Huge Power in a little Pogo !!
Yeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh !!!
I'm pleased to have helped a little....on this research !
Cheers guys !
Quest
PS : Just to confirm it again, we really have a K03s ! Hihi !!

The S3 has a K04 and not a K03s.
The Aussie delivered Golf has a K03 but there were DBW ones in the UK that came with a K03s and 150hp. The AUM engine Golf has a K03s and 180hp as does the Seat Leon Cupra.

05 - 06 PGTi in South Africa had the K03
06 up had the K03s
I made up my own way of distinguishing the difference. (not guaranteed)
PGTis without a key hole in the bootlid have K03s, those with the keyhole have the K03.
