Hmm thanks for the feedback. Looks like the SEAT Sport FMIC is the way to go these days.
+ 1 for Seat, had the Forge one before that.
Airtech looks the same, but more expensive?

Looks good! Just curious, did you have to cut the front bar or the bumper to make it fit?
just some trimming behind the grill and the drivers side spotlight grill pretty mod
Nice. I'll have to do it one day.. Gotta win lotto or something lol
yeh its well worth it makes the car so much smooter to drive best mod by far would be a dumppipe
Thanks for the post! really appreciate seeing who else has done it and what they used. Really interested to see how much of a difference it will make. I already have a APR tune just wondering how much more power this will produce and if its really worth its money.
Cheers

I think the idea is do it in combo with the downpipe and run a stage 2 tune

Mods: heaps
There'll be negligible increase in power, but power will be maintained longer without the heat soak that you may currently be experiencing. I also found the car was marginally more linear as it came on boost, perhaps a result of the larger core so a little bit of lag, but actually prefer it - wouldn't say it deteriorates the way the car drives in anyway. On my daily, it's just a usual stage 1 equivalent tune, FMIC and usual supporting mods, no dump pipe.
I have the seat sport FMIC on both of my polo's and still get heat soak when on the track, but takes at least few laps on warm days. You can't replicate that driving style on the street. I have/am considering changing the FMIC on the track car, but won't be anytime soon.
