    Airtech looks the same, but more expensive?

    Hmm thanks for the feedback. Looks like the SEAT Sport FMIC is the way to go these days.

    Looks good! Just curious, did you have to cut the front bar or the bumper to make it fit?

    yeh its well worth it makes the car so much smooter to drive best mod by far would be a dumppipe

    I think the idea is do it in combo with the downpipe and run a stage 2 tune

    There'll be negligible increase in power, but power will be maintained longer without the heat soak that you may currently be experiencing. I also found the car was marginally more linear as it came on boost, perhaps a result of the larger core so a little bit of lag, but actually prefer it - wouldn't say it deteriorates the way the car drives in anyway. On my daily, it's just a usual stage 1 equivalent tune, FMIC and usual supporting mods, no dump pipe.

    I have the seat sport FMIC on both of my polo's and still get heat soak when on the track, but takes at least few laps on warm days. You can't replicate that driving style on the street. I have/am considering changing the FMIC on the track car, but won't be anytime soon.
