    Idle RPM 2001 Polo

Would anyone know what the normal idle RPM should be for an automatic 2001 Polo? Mine idles at about 750-800 RPM when in traffic.

A few times it stuttered as if it was going to cut out but it hasn't yet. Maybe a dirty throttle body.

Indeed , but the MAP sensor is prone to getting oily, clean it as well mate will do the world of good. Then readapt the throttle body with VAGcom or the likes
