I expect opinions on these to be very polarised
I'm not big on bling, but I like daylights on Audis (not on Holdens )
I think it suits the pog lights.
I like em.
Now I just need to justify $400

i like the idea of DRL's from a safety point of view - anyone who drives in melbourne knows that it's not enough to simply follow the rules, you must constantly keep a look out for motherfckers who have no clue how to operate a motor vehicle... a daily average would probably be having to avoid 3-5 collisions daily. as such, DRL's are a great idea.
but for half a grand...... i cant justify that cost for something that looks good (well, you have to stop the car, keep the keys in the ignition, get out, walk around to the front of the car, take a moment to say "wow, that looks good.... i should savour this moment because i cant actually SEE the things once im back in the car", go back to the car, hop in and tell yourself "yeah... they looked good", and drive off - just like the copious amounts of a$$ hats out there who do precisely the same thing with fog lights on a crystal clear night).
im content to just turn my headlights on in the mean time.
I have the above angel eyes and so far im not very happy with them. I cant seem to get them adjusted right. Beam is all over the place. I dont drive at night because im having a hard time getting it right. Has anyone else on here got them and managed to set them correctly. Apart from the height adjustment is there any other parts i can adjust without taking the whole front bumper off again? If i cant get them right ill pull them out and probably just try the ones posted above. I just want some funky headlights is that too much to ask
AFAIK these have been posted before and the conclusion was that they won't work with RHD cars. They do look nice though, but way too expensive.
I just mounted some DRL's in the front grills (next to the fog lights). Had to cut a bit of the plastic to fit them in, but the lights only cost about $80 and I installed them myself (with an electrician friend). Will post some pics if I get around to it.
Yes, LHD car lights don't work here as the beam is set to shine the opposite way. Unless they have universal adjustment.
