I read that but if i have really understand, the Bilstein B12 kit come in two configuration :
- SE5-8850 --> Bilstein shocks and Bilstein springs
Front Lowering
30
Rear Lowering
25
- SE5-8861 --> Bilstein shocks and H&R springs
Front Lowering
35
Rear Lowering
35
Here is my understanding but maybe i made a mistake....
Anyway, i have already made a purchase on the second configuration.
So, i'll see what it is !!
It is GT3's kit but when measured by the suspension guys the came up with 40mm at the rear and 25mm at the front...don't know if thats how its meant to be or not but works GREAT for me.
Hey whubs copy away I just put diff rims on anyhow, hehe. Got the Type m's for sale, its a killer look but me with a crook back hard to clean.
I only have the springs at the moment, plus still haven't decided on rims... or figured out if I can go 8" wide after lowering aswell.
You still going the ROH? I saw some on an astra they actually looked alright spokes are still too thin for my liking but over all it looked alright.
I have just gone for these over ROH's for two main reasons. These are about 3.5 kg lighter per rim and they are 7.5" wide which nicely opens the tread on my Yokohama (and ok with H&R springs and Billie shocks) A.drive R1 tyres. 7.5" being optimum rim width for these tyres.
The ones I have tho are hyper-black - not the hyper silver which look a bit "chrommy" in the pic. These spokes are much thinner than the ROH's as you see but much lighter....I'm really happy with this..I'll take some pix on the weekend with them on the dub. Still I don't mind the look of the ROH's.
8" wide? hmmm might be pushing it.
Sorry Just Realised I Attached The Wrong Pic Whubs. These Are The Rims I Got..speedy Lite Fin 7's
Whubs pix attached
Like those rims ... wouldn't mind putting some on mine.
