    Hi Kelvin,

No haven't been able to check it with Vagcom yet. Will prob get to a dealer next week so they can check it for me. It's so intermittant that it wouldn't surprise me if they find nothing.
    Cheers,

    John

esp work by measuring tyres rotation, if you got 1 different wheel size in there, esp & abs will not functioning properly hence code.

Thats right guys, abs and esp all calculated by rolling radius, tyre pressures included, which allowed them to get rid of the RF transmittors in the valves

since my tyre grow a little bubble at the side wall, and I'm now ordering a new set of wheels and tyres so the Tyre shop borrow me a spare to run until Friday!
and its now running on a 195 50... something like that...

You can get rid of the problem by pressing the tyre pressure SET button.
You should do this on a regular basis (after setting tyre pressures). It gives the computer a baseline for rotational circumferences of the tyres.

the light lights up at the first time, (after i got the tyre changed) i did press it to clear it, and then it pops up the ESP light, so i have to use VAG-COM to clear the fault code~
