    headrest tilt

Does anyone else find that the headrests are canted too far forward? My chin is forced into a tucked position when all else is set right with my seating position and its bloody uncomfortable. Does anyone know if there is interchangability with skoda/audi headrests or with any other manufacturers for the polo gti seats?

Done that. In the fully back position IMO it projects too far forward of the back support. I sit quite upright for my turd lower back and the headrest position just doesn't seem to work for me.

not sure, I'm a bit over 6ft and don't have an issue, but my posture is hunched so can have it fairly forward.

I'm guessing the height does not make a difference either? removing it might be the best option for you.

Except technically its illegal to remove them if a factory fitted safety device.

Doesn't seem to stop a great majority on here doing naughty things though.

Turning it around would be better than removing it - then it would still prevent (or at least greatly reduce) whiplash in an accident.

The Toyota FT-86 has a headrest that is designed to be flipped around for when you wear a helmet

I turned mine around (polo 6r, not 9N*) when at a track day because the helmet made them uncomfortable. They're still technically there but without a helmet it would probably make them useless at preventing whiplash in an accident.
