Is it just the springs or do you have a coil over system?

I can get H&R lowering springs for GTI (don't think it's cup) 35mm around, for second hand for $250... 1500km old. The previous owner had to remove it as the next buyer wanted stock suspension..

So are these the same springs we are talking about?

    Thanks again Glide!
Its a shock and spring set, not coilovers. I could not justify the cost of coilovers, since I would never adjust anything anyways. TBH they sound similar but im not sure, I payed around 1500 or 1600 installed I think, not entirely sure. Cornering is much better, roll is much reduced. No real change in the tendancy to oversteer or understeer imo, but I really need some new rubber and a good day at the track.
