    H&R and Eibach Spring Rate?

Does anyone know the spring rates of the front and rear springs for the H&R and Eibach 35mm lowering spring kits.

I'm interested to know which would give the more comfortable ride.

The kit with the lower spring rate would also be more suitable to be used with OEM shocks, although not a perfect match.

I've emailed H&R and Eibach in Germany, but so far no reply. Doubt that I'll every get a reply anyway.

    Some info I just received

H&R was kind enough to reply with the following spring rates:
    Front: 25N/mm
    Rear: 20N/mm

Now we just need the info from Eibach

    Found a to convert N/mm to lb/in

    Thus:

    H&R spring rates:
    Front: 25N/mm - 143lb/in
    Rear: 20N/mm - 114lb/in

    Quite low I would think.

Wonder what the OEM spring rates are?

Does anyone know by what percentage, a kit like H&R, is harder than OEM?

Still need the info from Eibach

it's not something I've noticed having been discussed here. I only have a very loose understanding of the kg method of spring rating from the sooby days.

H&R and Eibach and OEM Spring Rate?

Does anyone know what the spring rate of the OEM Polo TDI and GTI is?
