Its either December 2007 or January 2008 Motor Magazine, cos its the one that made up my mind to get the Polo GTI

, and the first editon of Tarmac Magazine has a write up regarding the Polo GTI, Suzuki Sport, and XR4, in which the Polo GTI also comes out on top. I think Tarmac is still in the news agents(I saw it 3 days ago).

Now I'm all up 4 supporting our Lil' GTI... but lets be honest...
Tarmac Mag gave the win to the XR4....
If I recall it was XR4: A-, GTI: B+

Hahahahaha...sorry, I just re read the article...My bad. Lets be honest though, the Polo GTI has so much more tuneability and parts available, better build quality, and the added torque of the turbo. The handling can be easily fixed by a set of better springs and sway bars.

Hehehehehehehe...I am pretty biased though!!

Thats why I'm in a GTI not an XR4.
Actually... I hate the way they go on about the stripes on the XR4... I think they look crap... the GTI is subtle, I think its part of the appeal.
