F21 does look very tempting, i think there rated to 260hp on stock internals which is impressive
440's troy w/ giac and backing the pressure off to 37/38 psi which is still pumping 27 to 30 lbs boost peak and 22/24 constant and feeling every moment of it.

Back to the OT, a disco potato in a Polo would probably come in pretty late and savagely. You might need the 2.0 stroker kit to help it spool (or if you really are chasing big numbers, then the low compression stroker kit).
Did you plan for an LSD/TDB to go with the engine/clutch mods?

ive got a f23 going in, engine is at the machinist at the moment to bore for bigger pistons and balance the crank, new rods and pistons

the polo guys are really going hard compared to the agu bunch
on full boost it feels 200 plus but lets wait and see what the dyno says my last dyno was 146.7 and this feels totly different

Sam, what's your end goal for the car mate, run quarter mile, highway runs or circuit?
If it's a top-end style of turbo (i.e. larger) on a 1.8l, would that mean needing more revs to get the most out of it, so a 7k rev limit or something.

I was thinking the same thing.
To be honest unless you are going to make this thing into a proper track car there is really no point in going to a much larger turbo as happy laps won't allow its full potential.
