when you have the aggressive black colour, it’s always worth the extra wash. We in Perth don’t have the insane water restrictions some of you guys have anyway and even if we did, screw that. The black colour is totally worth it.

I havent washed my Shadow Blue Polo at all yet....im a disgrace!....it looks like the Sand Man took a dump on it.....

this is so frustrating: i won't be picking my GTI today. looks like delivery will be Monday afternoon. i'll have to take it back next friday for the window tinting, but at least i get it over xmas/boxing, and it will be worth the wait in the end.

i took delivery of my new toy today

i am extremely happy with it. she looks beautiful in black and the leather feels and smells awesome. it's pure joy sitting behind the wheel and throwing it around a few corners. i waited until after dark tonight to take it on the freeway and around a few of my favourite bends. what a blast.

Jetta, i dunno what the holdup was. they gave me a typical vague explanation, but seems to me like bad organisation on their part to have it ready in time. i got it from osbourne park.

The guy i had was not the best car sales man.....

Anyway they said my car would be ready in 4 weeks... it took 8 weeks...

but now a month in im still happy with the car.. It seems a bit slow... so i will have to be looking at getting the apr map in...

I tried emailing the guys here in perth for revo chips... and all i got was..... no reply! thanks! I wont be choosing revo then!

I know we've all got our cars now and are very happy with them. It's just a pity some dearers can't deliver on what they promise. That goes for service too. I suppose this forum will help others. btw, I bought mine from the other dealer who did deliver, but when I asked the service dept to replace the electric window motor when I had problems, like was advised here, they said it was ok. Guess what? Right! It's playing up again .....Not a happy Jan here about that, so I'm looking forward to telling them ...I told you so, now do it.
