In setting up the front end of my car, I'm seriously considering retaining the stock springs and adding roll stiffness with a FARB only. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has done this. Where I'm a bit stuck is that the whiteline chart shows that a 22mm bar should be 46% stiffer than the stock one and a 23mm bar (or a 22mm on its stiffest setting) should be 75% stiffer, but I don't know how this is going to translate into actual roll stiffness . So if anyone has taken that route I'd like to know if a bar change added plenty enough roll stiffness on its own, or if it was insufficient and springs just had to follow.
P.S this is for a street car thats going to have koni dampers to hopefully handle the pitch/dive problems the car will still probably have without stiffer front springs.
