i would have gone down the 2871r path if mine was a quattro, frakenturbo are better in that they can hold boost for a longer period

also been talking to john from DNA tuning apparently he can make a decent tune as well

It was an easy choice at the time when I needed a replacement Ko4 when mine died , didnt even give a thought to real power tho ? maybe I should have talked to people who where " pretty sure " about all things .

Ive had really poor support from Giac which made me go else where ... not that Im saying they are bad just hasnt worked out for my set up .

Whats 200+hp like in fwd? Even with a great set of tyres in summer, surely they will just light up any time you hit the go pedal? I'd hate to think what 250+hp would be like...

Gavin had 165kw atw with the JB04 hybrid on his S3 with Custom Code tune before it met its end unfortunatlely. No meth needed

Been really busy, havent had time to catch up what is going on with GIAC

Might try to get my car on the Dyno in Jan and see what is going on and do some logging

I made just about 145KW at the wheels with the K03, so Hoping I will at least get another 25KW

Hey guys, just a heads up that I will be supplying Frankenturbos to the aussie market in the very near future. I will be requiring some cars for tune optimisation and selection of injectors. For anyone keen in an upgrade please shoot an email to john@dnatuning.com.au cheers!

Dave! Haven't talked to you in ages! Catch up soon hopefully; my S4 is out of action unfortunately but have a new engine, and Frankenturbos =) on the way so if you thought my car was fast before, just you wait!

Ben, what kind of rubber are you running? Peak torque of a frankenturbo setup looks outrageous as they look to spool extremely well and could possibly make taking up aggressively a difficult task :p ... looking forward to getting my tunes to the highest level for these setups.
