Forge intercooler installation guide

Hey all,

Having received a forge intercooler kit when I bought my Polo I've decided to finally install it. It however came with no installation guide and I can't seem to find one online. Have emailed forge but haven't had a reply. Wondering if anyone has a copy on their computer or a copy they'd be willing to scan.

Also I've attached an image, I seem to have everything except what I've circled. Have no clue what it is either, if any could tell me I'd appreciate it

Give this a go mate. Follow the guide and you should find the install easy, its very well written out and in depth.

The part you have circled is for the securing the IC piping onto the lower bracket that runs along side the car (next to the driver side wheel) after it comes out of the IC (see steps 23-26 in the guide). You should be able to source one online or find one locally without to much trouble.

Doesn't seem to be anything online regarding the part I'm missing. Might have to improvise

I'd imagine a local fastener shop would have something similar. It's an M6 thread on either end so it's a common size as well.
