So, for all interested, the ones I had installed were from UK Ebay.

Listed to fit 2000-2008 Mondeo's.
Make sure they are the front ones.
Here is my non technical / likely imperfect explanation of what they do and why they are a good idea:
- When the car is dropped with coilovers / lower springs, the drop links are no longer keeping the front Sway bar / anti lift bar in its correct position.
- I feel that since having changed them, the front end is a bit sharper (but have done RSB at same time, so can't really be 100%).
- Knocking and general front end noises when going over bumps and cornering reduced (back to just a noisy dash).
Why you should: Because if you have lowered your car, for the $45 in parts and minimal fitting cost, its cheap insurance you are not compromising your handling or letting the stock links decay faster (wouldn't want one of those breaking on you).
