But your FKs were the Street Lines (AK) which have no-name dampers. The OP is looking at Silver Lines which have Koni dampers valved to suit the FK spring rates which can be adjusted for rebound and even locally rebuilt.
While I personally wouldn't go near the Street Lines, if I wanted coil overs (ie, if I didn't score my B12 kit for a song), I would get one of the FK series that have Koni built dampers for the adjustable rebound.
Adjustable compression damping would be nice but it's easy to go around in circles with too many adjustments unless you are willing to spend a decent amount of time doing controlled testing to get everything balanced. The best suspension I ever used was a triple adjustable (separate low and high speed compression) White Power unit but I wouldn't gone near it if I didn't have a suspension expert (multiple Aus champion) to help me set it up.
