    Fittng of gauges

    HI,
I have just gotton some gauges for my POG.
I hve searched the forums, andfound some very good boost gauge installs, but nothing for Oil temp and oil pressure.
Does anybody have a istall guide? I am interested in what sendors I use, and where they are placed.
    Thanks

Hey mate, from memory these aren't a DIY job. Jimmy is the best to ask but I'm pretty sure I had a custom braided high pressure hose tapped into the sump where the factory sender is for the oil pressure sender. Can't remember the temp set up sorry.

Hi guys, it can be a tight spot to deal with , but if you have done the SAI delete it might make it a bit easier, having said that if you havent you can just remove the pump for a bit of access. Nearly all you need for the oil stuff is on the oil filter housing. VW kindly have left us a port on the filter head , off top maybe even a couple. Where your oil filter screws on mate keep looking up you will find the cooler, then above that where that and filter bolts on is the housing. You will see an oil pressure switch there and you should see a 5mm allen bolt with a seal, thats a port u can use.
Keep it neat mate, it looks so much better when you do

    Cheers
