Just take a copy of the advertisement with the offer, and demand to see the dealer principal. Also, post a copy of the advert here! If the DP doesn't bother to see you, post his name and the dealership here

things aint that simple. i hav already sent a official letter of complaint to the head sales manager, and they ignored me. and as what george point out before, u cant just post peoples name everywhere. further, i hav seeked porper advice from gov official, will take it from there.

hi all,
after a few months battle, i was notified by a officer of department of fair trade 2 weeks ago that the matter hav been settled and vw dealer agrees to give me the iPod which was originally promoised.
However, the sales manager of vw was totally irresponsilble that she would not return my call or call me to hav the matter settle??? im feeling like a cat chasing a rat!!! anyway battle cont.
