After speaking to some places the stage II tune does require an exhaust, dump pipe and upgraded fmic but it can make 145kw @ the wheels. So at this stage I will be looking at just a stage I tune from somewhere. I can not justify the 2k plus price for an exhaust system then the cooler etc... Thanks for the advice guys.

Yep definitely need better tyres or else you will just be spinning.

Also with the intercooler, it is a good idea if you don't want performance issues in hot weather. I haven't got an FMIC on mine, but I accept the fact that hot weather kills the performance and wish for cold weather again.... which in Melbourne is normally only 4 hours away. Hope you enjoy the tune.

I don't think those numbers are anything special for a car with those mods. I'm not saying its not a good tune, just seems to line up with the other tunes.

IMO, if they can move you from a stage 1 - 2 cheaply / for free, it helps if you get the mod bug.

Any tune I recommend an uprated diverter valve and PD160 / other intake solution to get more air in. You can also do many other mods and supporting parts (oils, spark plugs, dump pipe, etc), but these are the ones that help the standard tune do its job best and without failing.

Cheers, noone. I am looking at both a pd160 and a diverter valve. Might get it all done at once. I have to find a pd160 first. Any help finding one in Brisbane is appreciated.

I imported one for myself ~6 weeks ago from Jabbasport in the UK for ~$120. Took the standard 2 weeks for delivery, but it was the cheapest I could find online.

I doubled checked, and the total was £82.52 which was about $130 with the exchange at the time. Took about 2.5 weeks to arrive, but it'll probably take twice now that given the Christmas season.
