Hi all,
Driving home last night i felt the car surge and feel like it was misfiring when accelerating, then saw the ESP turn off with the dash warning light coming on. Not able to turn it back on with the button.
Was mostly OK to drive but occasionally i would get what felt like a misfire or something, not sure what it was but it stopped happening after about 15 minutes driving though the light stayed on. I am a bit wary of driving it so i'm taking my girlfriends car to work. Will take it into get checked soon when i get time off work but anyone heard of anything like this?
I have a bluetooth OBDII module and Torque but havent had a chance to check the fault code yet.
Hope its nothing too $ to fix.
Found a few threads online saying it could be a dirty sensor or other, hopefully nothing too major.

Was it the MAF sensor?

Got it changed and all good now.
