Have you got a new dyno after the FPR? I would love to see the graphs. I have Stage 2 REVO, 4bar FPR, and down pipe, etc, and it also has those 'spikes' which was not there before going to Stage 4. On Stage 1 - it used to be a very smooth curve throughout.

Those little spkes - I don't actually feel it on drive. I also did recordings with Vagcom with no abnormal findings.

I lowered the timing from I think 8 to 7 to see if this would make it better. I do not think AF ratio was that bad.

Due to spikes basically my at wheels power was only 136kw (in 22 degrees / humid raining day) with about 10% more torque compared to Stage 1 at 135.6kw (but smoother curve).

I did change it to 4bar FPR, but I will double check to make sure this is done correctly by the mechanic.

Anything else - that would cause these spikes like on the graphs on page 1?
    06 Polo GTI - REVO Stage 2 = 140kw @ wheels.
06 Golf GTI - Bluefin Stage 1 blacked out with ED30 theme, leather, xenon, etc.

    Hi there,

Ok here's my latest dyno chart:

You can see the AFR dropped to 12.6-12.8 at high revs. According to the dyno guy, it seems that my Unitronic maps tend to run slightly lean compared to others say APR, GIAC and their own custom reflash.

As for your case right, there could be many things. If you intend to run more than 210whp, no matter how much to dial the AF in your map, the injectors (rated at 280-300) couldn't supply you the needed flow. Since you already got 4 bar fpr, I think you might want to try higher injectors say 380cc.
