Can you install these from the bottom of the subframe after removing the bolt or does the subframe have to come off?

    Hoyhoy.

Easy change over with out taking anything out except for the old bolts, but there is but & that is if the hangers are damaged you'll have to lower the sub frame to put a reamer through.

Anyone else interested in organising another batch of these to be made?

Troy, Craig (Altec) has asked me about getting a kit & I said to either add to your thread or to start another one, sorry.
We are in the process to find out if he does have sub frame movement or may be he has bush problems.
If he does have definite sub frame movement, I'll look after him.
    Hooroo.

    Eddy,

With standard struts & springs is it possible to eek out a bit of extra neg. camber and/or castor using the sleeves or is it more that everything will remain within factory limits just solid as a rock? Is there much need for things like front LCA cross braces when you have the sleeves in place given that the subframes will become completely static?

You won't get any more of anything than with in factory limits.
The second part of your question is for the experts to answer.

Eddy how hard was it to remove the domed centre caps in the strut tops? I've got some MCA dampers coming soon, it'd be nice to be able to even out the camber there, rather than shifting the cross member around.

I wouldn't mind a set of your sleeves, if there is another buy, BUT I truly believe your kit needs to be industrialised and produced in quantity. If you want to talk about that let me know.
