    My kit arrived today

Wow these are amazing, i was chatting to a guy at work about it for 20 minutes. What else can your fabricator/engineer make ? Make some adjustable control arms lol

Anyway Eddy, top job in designing these and having a idea that would never come in to most peoples mind

    Hoyhoy.

Troy it was my old school engineer that came up with this cam idea, I just gave him the puzzle to fix.
He won't do suspension changes in a major way.
Believe or not he is a Harley expert & rebuilds hot engines for heaps of folks.

Got mine this week, sentiments echoed.

    Thanks very much eddy.
Now we just need to convince you to mass produce the adjustable strut tops

I noticed there are three washers total, what's the thinking behind the double flat washers?

We went for the two flat ones because their a bit thin, even though they are high tensile.
The rear ones can bend a bit because of a support plate going over the top of the cam sleeve.

Hi all; I'm new here, but these seem like a very clever idea! Any chance you'll do another run of them Eddy?

Went to test fit mine yesterday. I couldn't get the first eccentric into the first hole, decided I'd need a ream and dropped the car.

I HATE adjustable reams. Especially in compromised use (upside down on my back and by hand). So I've ebayed an 18mm sprial fluted hand ream. A good one. Before I did that though I measured the eccentrics. All between 17.9 and 17.95, so the 18mm ream SHOULD result in a transition fit. It'll be tight though, probably need a little anti seize too.

Eddy, did you space out the rear pressed steel supports that run between the body to the kframe?

I think I know what you are referring to, the idea is to leave the pressed steel supports bolts on the body a bit loose.
The original spanners were thinner which overcame any hassles, 99% of the time you can adjust the cam & then tighten cam bolt with out the cam moving, then tighten the pressed steel support body bolts.
Or ya can grind the spanner down to make it thinner.
The front ones are harder because you need a socket to adjust the cam, like I have said before the wheel alignment can take some time, but ya won't be sorry.
P.S. Don't over ream the hole or have the cam too tight.
P.S. No-2, I would say that because you couldn't fit the cam in, means that you may have had a moving sub frame, if so you'll be shocked at the difference after this.
