Yeah I did goto Haks. I called him in the morning and he told me he was going to follow up. God I love the guy, man of his word!

I'm assuming you got the test pipe file from APR with your downpipe.

Also, do you track your car at either Wakefield or EC?

No doubt you'll get it. Consider Supersprints like I said last time, it'll be good to have a fellow Polo on course!

In the event that my post cat o2 sensor is gone, (which I don't think it is), does anyone know where I can buy the BOSCH o2 sensor for our car?

Has anyone had to purchase the VW one? If so, what was the cost..

---------- Post added at 08:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:33 PM ----------

Update: Checked the exhaust bolts, and turbo bolts this afternoon, all good. Must be either:

    a. The post cat o2 sensor
    b. The spacer

Got this: 17584 - Bank1: O2S (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst: Control Limit Reached

17584/P1176/004470 - Bank1: O2 (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst: Control Limit Reached

    Possible Causes
    Intake Air System leaking
Oxygen Sensor(s) and/or Oxygen Sensor Control faulty

    Possible Solutions
Check Intake Air System for Leaks (False Air) - Will get the car smoked for leaks
Check Oxygen Sensor(s) and/or Oxygen Sensor Control (all of them!) I'm sure it's this!

Just an update with background so far

•Added 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat with spacer to avoid CEL
•CEL shows up 60 kms later.
•Turns out the spacer is facing to the rear of the car. Switched to face towards the front of the car (drivers side) and clear fault code.
•CEL shows up again 80kms later.
•Disconnected the battery for 30 minutes, unplugged the MAF, reconnected everything again and checked the exhaust bolts.
    •CEL shows up 262kms later.

Car awaiting to be looked at on the 24th March. Going to be smoked for boost leaks and a check over again. May be running to lean or to rich, for gods sakes, I have no idea.

    Will keep you all updated.
