    Dirty Bum

    So after a few hours of washing, clar baring and waxing the Polo over the weekend, I drove 30 minutes to work on Monday morning to find that the rear bar was already pretty dirty.
    Running my finger over the section just below the handle of the boot revealed a nice film of dirt that was clean as a whistle only 30 mintes earlier.
    A quick inspection of the rest of the car was fine. How does the rear get so dirty so quickly?
    Weird aerodynamics?

    common problem for hatchbacks. yes, aerodynamics.

    Yup all hatches have this problem. Next time it rains, check out how water still ends up on your rear window.
