I have H&Rs (plenty of us do) with RSB.
Car sits lower and the springs have less travel, making for a 'tighter' ride.
There are 2 issues with this:
1: Can make the front sway bar (there is one in the stock design) make some knocking noises, fixed with droplinks.
2: Springs and Shocks being mismatched (ie stock shocks with H&R springs) won't be as good as coilovers or both parts being replaced. The result is not catastrophic and personally is better than stock, but don't expect hot lap times and speeds of 70 and over can be bouncy on some roads.
Cant comment on the FSB, I'm thinking about getting one.
If you are not planning on spending big money, the RSB is a great place to start.
If you want it to look lower (I know I did), the H&R's give you some drop, better handling, etc on a budget.
If you think you might have the money later, get the RSB, wait and get good coils.
My 2c.
